House Rules

House on the Hill

1.) Check-in: after 3 pm (after 15.00)
Check-out: till 10 am (till 10.00)
2.) Due to national regulations, all guests must present an ID card or passport upon check-in. You can enter House on the Hill in two ways: either you will be greeted by the host or independently (self-check-in). You will receive instructions by email.
3.) Guests are entrusted with the care of the property throughout their stay. Any damage incurred will be assessed by the owner, and guests are expected to cover the costs of repair or replacement as determined by the owner’s evaluation.
4.) Parties are not allowed.
5.) Smoking is prohibited in the house.
6.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 7 am (22.00 – 7.00).
7.) Pets are welcome. An additional fee applies.
8.) House on the Hill is not responsible for any injuries caused to guests.
9.) House on the Hill is not responsible for guests’ money or personal belongings.
10.) Any possession or use of narcotics, weapons, and flammable or explosive substances in the House on the Hill is prohibited.
11.) Please turn off all electrical appliances – cooker, TV, air conditioning, lights, ... – when leaving the house.
12.) The House on the Hill has the right to always check compliance with the house rules.
13.) During your stay, you are responsible for your safety. If you notice anything that you believe could pose a health or safety risk, please notify us immediately.

Villa Porto Olive
